A little about me...
Registered Nutritional Therapist, BSc, DipION, mBANT, RegCNHC
I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist who completed four years of training at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. I specialise in supporting gut health, mental wellbeing and stress management through nutrition and lifestyle modifications.

For many years I experienced the effects of chronic stress, including hair loss, tinnitus and digestive upset, and finally decided to take matters into my own hands. Combining my love of food and research I found nutritional interventions and realised that the success I had experienced was just a small taste of what nutritional therapy could do for others. This unveiled a new passion and drove me to learn more in order to share my knowledge with others seeking support to achieve optimum health.

When outside of the clinic, I host workshops for companies looking to support their employee wellbeing and provide simple yet effective techniques to improve mood, energy, focus and resilience.

Continued learning
The learning never stops in the world of nutritional therapy, and I ensure I keep abreast of the latest research to provide beneficial and safe advice to all of my clients.

What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy is the application of evidence-based nutrition science in the promotion of health and wellbeing, aiming to address the underlying cause of ill-health, rather than just plastering over the symptoms. Nutritional therapists practice personalised nutrition, rather a one-size-fits-all approach and we take into account your dietary preferences, lifestyle, previous health journey and your health goals to formulate the best strategy.
